Oatmeal Recipe For Weight Loss

Oatmeal Recipe:


  • 1 cup: 1 minute oats

  • 2-3 oz: vanilla almond milk

  • 2-3 oz: water

  • 3 tsp: real / organic maple syrup

  • 1/4-1/2 tsp: stevia leaf sweetener (cane sugar not artificial sweetener)

  • 2 tsp: cinnamon 



Additions:

fresh bananas, strawberries, blueberries, almonds, or walnuts.



Instructions:

Add oats, almond milk and water to a microwavable bowl. Make sure liquid covers the oats. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir in additional ingredients. Taste test the oatmeal. Add additional cinnamon or maple syrup for a sweeter taste.
