"HEALTHIER" THANKSGIVING DESSERT RECIPES

Does the thought of the dessert table at Thanksgiving give you anxiety?! Do you worry about not being able to have self control over just one piece of pie?!

I can totally relate to this feeling. One of my favorite parts of Thanksgiving is a warm cup of coffee, piece of pie, and a fun family card game later in the afternoon. That means I would have had dessert twice…

My secret to being able to enjoy the day with 2 slices of pie is choosing “healthier options” of pie instead of the store bought full of chemical options.

Bringing a healthier option with you allows you the security of knowing there will be an option for you to still enjoy the day with family with out feel deprived or like you have TOTALLY blown you clean eating lifestyle.
